I love you guys but sometimes you're so obtuse. I mean I suppose it was worth it for the gag but in discussing the gender gap on nuclear power you failed to look at even the most obvious comparators: other surveys and opinion polls on safety and care issues, where there's very often a large gender difference too. Go back and look at polling on covid lockdowns, for instance. I don't have the numbers to hand but I remember that women were almost always more favorable towards longer and more severe lockdowns, mask-wearing, social distancing and so on than men. I suspect you could find half a dozen other issues identifiably to do with the idea of 'care' or human safety where women and men would be miles apart. Women also, as I'm sure you know, are usually more in favour of peace negotiations and cease-fires than men. Less in favour of dangerous pursuits, extreme sports, fighting etc. I'm not making any judgement at all about the relative rationality of men and women, just pointing out a long-standing and durable differences of opinion that you thought it would be funnier to ignore, bros!
