There is no monopoly on good ideas, so just because an idea comes from the odious Reform party doesn't mean we should discount it. For a while there Farage was suggesting the UK move to a social insurance system of health care, as used in those free market basket case countries like Denmark, France, Germany and Norway. I think its worth debating / considering, but of course the left will shout down any suggestion of even a discussion around this - worshipping at the alter of the NHS has become an entry level test for any MP in the UK
